Senator Duncan requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE BILL NO. 84(FIN) "An Act making a special appropriation                 
to the principal of the permanent fund; and providing for an                   
effective date" be taken up.                                                   
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 84(FIN) was before the Senate on                        
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
held on reconsideration to the March 17 calendar.  Senator Duncan              
objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being no further                 
objections, it was so ordered.
